The Lake County Folk Festival is hosted by Public Arts & Music a 501(c3).
In 1997,Jeff Friberg and friends producedLakeCounty’s 1st Annual Folk Festival among the hay bales at Uncle Donald’s Farm inLadyLake. In 2001, this growing family of friends (now Public Arts and Music of the Lake Eustis Institute), with the cooperation of the City ofEustis, moved the 4th Annual Lake County Folk Festival to the beautiful, historic downtown onLakeEustis.
Free to the public, and voted in the top 5 of Florida’s folk festivals with a "Who’s Who" in Florida acoustic music, the 20th Annual Folk Festival is a non-profit, sponsored festival. We encourage any support in time, money, or in-kind contributions. Mark your annual calendar for the second weekend in October!
